3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed per person, unless otherwise stated.
Some experiences may require a partial payment or non-refundable booking fee to secure a reservation.
The remaining balance, when applicable, must be paid within the deadline communicated to the participant.
Failure to complete the full payment within the defined period may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the initial payment.
4. Availability and Capacity
Each experience has a limited number of available spots.
Reservations are confirmed only after payment confirmation.
Once capacity is reached, the experience will be marked as sold out and unavailable for purchase.
5. Weather Conditions
Some experiences are subject to weather conditions.
In case of adverse weather that compromises safety or execution, the experience may be rescheduled or canceled.
Any refund or rescheduling will follow the Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer
The company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience due to operational, safety, weather, or force majeure reasons.
In such cases, participants will be informed and applicable solutions will be offered according to the Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must ensure they meet all requirements described in the experience details, including age, physical condition, health restrictions, and punctuality.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of participation without refund.
8. No-Show
Failure to attend the experience at the scheduled date and time (“no-show”) will result in loss of the reservation and paid amounts, unless otherwise stated in the Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Liability
Participation in experiences involves inherent risks.
The company is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where required by Brazilian law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of the company and may not be used without prior written authorization.
11. Privacy
Personal data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Brazilian data protection laws (LGPD).
