Hang gliding is one of the most thrilling adventures you can experience in Rio. The tandem flight at the Pedra Bonita Mountain started in the 1980s and is one of the most popular adventure tours in town.
We take off at 1,700 feet high (510 meters). The flight lasts approximately 10 minutes and lands at São Conrado Beach.

Important notes:
- To book this tour, you must be over 14 years old and weigh less than 90 kg (198 lbs).
- The hang gliding activity can only be done under weather and wind specific conditions. Therefore, pick-up time and date should be flexible until we have a defined forecast (one or two days before the tour).
- Age, weight, and height information should be provided before the activity. This information will help us choose the best pilot and equipment for each participant.
- You will need to run on the departure ramp. Do not wear sandals or flip-flops for this activity.
Pick-up: Between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. (flexible, up to 1:30 p.m. at the latest)
